Legoland Malaysia

Today is Legoland day! We booked airbnb apartment at Nusajaya which is 5 minutes away from Legoland. It’s 930am in the morning and Declan is anxious waiting for our pick-up van. IMG_5160

We came too early. Legoland is not open so we take mandatory family pictures. Psstt…for those who wants to get cheap tickets to Legoland, you just have to buy your ticket on the Legoland website at least 7 days before your visit date and get 20% off your ticket.

Declan is waiting patiently for Legoland to open.

Finally…we entered the Legoland and take pictures with Santa Claus.

First stop is the driving school. Declan buckled his belt and ready to go. One two get set go!IMG_5174 IMG_5176 IMG_5178 IMG_5179

Declan’s random shark encounters picture!

Grandpa helped Declan in the Rescue Academy. Declan learned how to be a firemen and use the hose.

Of course we have to stop at the Lego City Airport just because Declan loves flying!

We are at the Lost Kingdom. Declan is still too young to play the rollercoaster. So we just have to skip it. Here’s Declan way to say goodbyes!

Dino world is for bigger kids to play. Declan is not tall enough to play the rides so we have to skip it too. But we spotted Brontosaurus. Declan laughed so hard when Brontosaurus was making a fart sound.

While waiting for Grandpa and Grandma to take the Dino rides. Tiger mom is busy taking pictures of Declan.

Declan is really into Duplo playtown. He had so much fun with the slides, ambulances and cars. He took the Duplo express multiple times with Tiger Mom.

Right after the Duplo Playtown, Declan was all sweating while waiting in line for the observation tower.

It’s 2pm in the afternoon, Declan was trying to be sneaky with someone else’s stroller as the heats get to him.

It’s the first time took a rides. It’s the Kids Power Tower. It’s actually a free fall but smaller. Declan was smiling all the way through. Surprisingly, Declan wasn’t scared at all. But Aunt Sandra is.

Our Legoland trip doesn’t end without visiting the Starwars Miniland. It was dark. All Tiger Mom could remember is Declan is into the R2D2.

Our last activities is checking out the mini land in the middle of the theme parks. It took three years and more than 30 million LEGO bricks to recreate some of Asia’s best known landmarks in detailed miniature. It includes Petronas Twin Towers, the Merlion Statue and the Taj Mahal. Declan couldn’t get enough of the animated LEGO. It actually brings the models to life at the touch of a button.
