Acrylic & Cardboxes Activity

It’s one fine Sunday where Tiger Mom and Kitten Daddy decide to have fun activity outside with Declan. We decided to get our hands dirty and play with acrylic paints. Since Tiger Mom’s interest is in photography, we decided to film the whole activity. Here’s the video we upload to

Here’s more of the pictures from the beginning and the after math of the activity. Kitten Daddy and Declan had so much fun!

Pika’s Baby Shower – What will it Bee?

Pika has been with Cottontail Events for over a year. A few months ago when we knew she was pregnant in the office, there’s a big debate on the gender of her baby. We even bet on her baby’s gender. The losing team has to get Boba for the winning team. Sadly, Tiger Mom was on the losing team as she thought Pika is conceiving a baby boy.

In a glimpse of an eye, Pika is on her trimester. It’s time for Cottontail Events to throw her a baby shower. Pika is always happy and bubbly. She loves yellow and sunflowers. So Pika herself decided her baby shower is going to be bees in a bright sunny garden. The most excited part is all her guests has to wear either blue or pink on the day of the shower. If Tiger mom assumes it’s a boy, she has to wear blue and visa versa.

Here’s some of the snapshots Tiger Mom took. Tiger Mom’s love the last picture where the cake is yellow but the filling is filled with pink chocolate to indicate it’s going to be a baby girl. All of us was thrilled to know the gender by the end of the baby shower. A good one Pika! We all hope you will have a safe delivery!

Jamie’s Underwater Tsum-Tsum 1st Birthday!

It’s underwater Tsum-Tsum 1st Birthday! How cute! And it was for Jamie’s 1st Birthday at the Container Grill, Gading Serpong! Jamie’s mom, Diane requested Cottontail Events  to decor for Jamie’s dessert tables and kids’ activities. Cottontail Events make it awesome by integrating underwater sea with Tsum-Tsum.

Here’s the first look of the Dessert Table which Tiger Mom captured through her lens.

Closer look of the birthday cake. Tiger Mom was so amazed! This cake is one of Cottontail Events‘ cutest birthday cake ever!

Cottontail Events decorated the dessert table with scrumptious sweets: Mashmallow pops, Kitkat, icing cookies, cupcakes, macaroons shaped Tsum-Tsum, “sand” like pudding and orange juice for the drinks.

Kids are always happy when there’s activities on a birthday party. Diane picked water based tattoo and face painting for kids to have fun! Not only the kids are having fun but Diane and friends are having a blast too.

Birthday won’t be complete with balloons. Do you know Cottontail Events can shape any kinds from balloons?

Happy 1st Birthday Jamie! Hope you have a blast on your underwater birthday when you look back when you are older. XoXo

John’s 1st Rustic Hot Air Balloon!

Planning a birthday for your little kid is not an easy job at all. It’s similar to planning for your second wedding. You have to come up with the theme, colors, goodie bags, food, drinks, venue, estimating the number of guests coming and not forgetting photographers to capture the memorable moments of your child. Tiger mom remembered John’s mom approached her 6 months ago to plan for John’s birthday. At that time, John’s Mom was contemplating on the venue where she should have the birthday for John and not forgetting the most important part which is the theme. John’s mom knew she wants it “rustic”. But she changed the themes from rustic bambi animals to rustic hot air balloons.  John’s mom made the right decisions. The result was soaring high especially it’s the first event for Cottontail Events in 2016.

Here’s the dessert tables and the details. Cottontail Events uses wooden crates and planks to get the rustic feeling. To get the airy up up and away feeling of the hot air balloons, the secret is using tons and tons of cottons. IMG_6043 IMG_6050IMG_6036

Birthday is not complete without the cake. John’s mom choose 3-tier birthday cake for John’s birthday. The cake stood out in the center of the dessert table. Kudos to John’s mom!

As John has a handful of toddler’s cousins. John’s mom asked Cottontail Events to prepare children’s seating area. Tiger mom loves every single details of it. Smart way to use burlap for the seat cover!

Happy 1st Birthday John! Hope you have a great fantastic years ahead of you. Love ya!
